When did you last examine your position in the market?
Clarity is where every engagement begins. It is a candid assessment of whether your position still holds and, if it does not, what ought to be done about it.

How would you know that something had shifted?
The questions we examine
Not all of these can be answered honestly from within the day-to-day. That is precisely the purpose of Clarity.
- 01Which market are you genuinely operating in today, and is it the same one you were operating in five years ago?
- 02Does your view of the business correspond to the view your customers hold of it?
- 03Does the offer still match what the market wants? Which elements earn their keep, and which merely occupy capacity?
- 04Is your pricing commensurate with what you deliver, and are you holding it?
- 05Which route to your customers pays for itself, and which one principally consumes time?
- 06Do your communications reach the people who matter, and do they say the right thing to them?
- 07Where is your competition heading, and what does that leave open to you?
What you receive
A document that is yours to keep, together with a conversation in which we work through it with you. Not a PDF that arrives in your inbox and leaves you with the questions.
The market and your place within it
Where your market is heading, where you sit within it, and how the business appears when viewed from outside.
The verdict
Whether your positioning still holds, stated plainly, with the reasoning set out in full. If it does hold, we will say so with equal directness.
The direction of travel
Where something needs to change, the direction that change should take. Concise and argued, rather than a fully worked-up concept.
Five to seven priorities, in sequence
What to do, in what order, and the reasoning behind that order. By way of example: your pricing sits below what your quality commands in this market, and that takes precedence because it affects margin immediately.

Positioning holds, with ground to make up in two areas.

What Clarity is not
It is not delivery. You will know what to do and why, but not how it is to be built. If the roadmap concludes that your pricing is too low, it will not contain the new price list, nor will it advise you on how to present the increase to long-standing customers. If it concludes that a distribution partner would be quicker than recruiting a sales team, identifying that partner does not form part of it. That work follows afterwards, and you commission it separately.
Neither is it a website audit. How visible you are online is what zeitwert | labs measures, at considerably lower cost and largely automatically. Clarity sits above that: your market, your offer, your pricing and your route to the customer.
How the process runs
Briefing
An extended conversation with you. Nobody knows the business better, and without it everything that follows amounts to conjecture.
Analysis
We work through the material you have provided, research the market and examine the competition properly.
Presentation
We take you through the roadmap in person. Questions, disagreement and correction are all part of the exercise.
The result is normally with you two to three weeks after the briefing.
Why the verdict can be relied upon
Because it is by no means our first. Our relationship with sp-led spans decades. Ocuris returned to us after fifteen years. Schütze has extended the brief several times since the original commission. What that says about our judgement is for you to determine.
€1,800
A fixed price irrespective of the size of your company, since the scope is identical for every client. Should you go on to work with us, the entire amount is credited against the engagement.
So where do matters stand at present?
Send us a few lines describing the situation. Whether Clarity is the right course for you is something we will establish first, in conversation. That costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
