2. General information

This website is deliberately designed to collect as little data as possible. It uses no cookies, embeds no third-party content (such as videos, maps, or social media plugins), and transmits no data to servers outside the European Union. Fonts and videos are served locally from our own server; no requests are made to external providers. This website does not carry out any audience measurement or analysis of your behaviour.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the pages, the server automatically collects general access data (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type) and stores this in log files. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR exists with the hosting provider.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide (your contact details and the content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at entering into a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete this data once it is no longer required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and a right to object to processing (Art. 21). An informal message to the address above is sufficient to exercise these rights.

6. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
