Four ways of working together. Which of them is right for you?

They are not distinguished by scale but by what you intend to have achieved at the end of it. Which one applies depends on where the business stands today and where you intend to take it.

Let's talk

Why we do not publish a price list

Because any figure quoted without knowledge of your circumstances amounts to guesswork. Two businesses of identical size can represent entirely different volumes of work, depending on what is already in place, what is not, and how quickly you wish to move. One figure is fixed: the starting point, which carries the same scope for every client. Everything that follows arises from the roadmap that starting point produces. The roadmap sets out what needs to be done, and that converts into a monthly fee with named deliverables rather than billable hours. You set the pace, and the price follows the pace rather than the other way round.

Clarity: the starting point for every engagement

Why have enquiries slowed?

It is rarely the quality of the work. In most cases something external has moved: what the market wants, how customers reach a decision, or who else is bidding for the same business. From the inside that is almost impossible to observe. If you are in the business every day, you cannot stand outside it at the same time. That is not a failing on your part; it is simply a function of where you are standing.

Clarity provides the external view, and not merely of your marketing but of the business as a whole: market and position, offer and pricing, how you reach customers, how you communicate, and who you are competing against.

What you receive is a roadmap setting out what to do, in what order, and the reasoning behind that order. Not two hundred pages, but a direction robust enough to act upon. And should your positioning prove sound, with the difficulty lying elsewhere, we will tell you that instead.

What you then do with it is entirely your decision. Some clients implement it themselves. Others hand it straight back to us.

€1,800, credited in full against the engagement should you continue with us.

What Clarity covers

Four ways of working together

Not a ladder to be climbed, but four answers to four different situations.

Visibility

Remain visible without having to spend time on it.

The business is performing and the order book is healthy, but your public presence is quietly ageing. We keep it current: the website up to date, listings maintained, and search results where they ought to be. It asks almost nothing of you and delivers consistent continuity to the outside world.

For established businesses that have no intention of slipping back without noticing.

Growth

More enquiries, and evidence of where they came from.

This is not a matter of holding ground but of taking it: new visibility, presence wherever your customers are genuinely looking, and measurement that establishes what it produced. You will see the outcome in the figures rather than in an activity report.

For businesses seeking a marked increase in enquiries, together with a clear account of what is actually working.

Market position

Being found is one matter. Being positioned is another.

Visibility does not determine what the market takes you to be. Here we work on the position itself: what your name signifies, why a customer selects you rather than a comparable competitor, and how that argument holds together across every channel. This is the point at which marketing becomes a leadership responsibility, and we assume it.

For businesses that intend to choose their position in the market rather than inherit it.

Transition

Support through a change that occurs only once.

Succession. A sale. Entry into a new market. A fundamental revision of the business model. These are moments at which marketing cannot simply proceed quietly in the background, because too much is being decided at the same time. We remain closely involved throughout, thinking the matter through with you, preparing the ground and delivering, to whatever extent the situation requires.

For businesses approaching a handover who would rather not leave it to chance.

Content with your existing agency? Keep them. As your fractional Head of Marketing we will work alongside them and deliver the strategy jointly.

Questions we are asked before we begin

Who actually carries out the work?
Alexander Weileder is personally answerable for it, from the opening question through to the result. The work is delivered by a team assembled to suit the brief. You deal with one individual throughout, rather than a succession of account managers.
Is this an AI proposition?
No. AI is an instrument we use, not a product we sell. It makes the analysis more thorough and the delivery faster, but it does not make the judgements. Whichever software we happen to employ makes no difference whatsoever to what you receive.
Why are so few clients named?
Because a considerable proportion of this work is confidential, particularly where sales, succession and market entry are concerned. What is published is a deliberate selection. The remainder we are glad to go through in person.

Which of them applies to you?

Ten minutes of conversation is usually enough for you to know. We will say plainly which one fits, and if none of them does, we will say that too. An engagement that is wrong from the outset costs us both considerably more than it is worth.
